Yar

After a thorough discussion with a friend, I have come to the conclusion that.......

A truly platonic relationship between a boy and a girl is nonexistent.
It's either:
1. They used to have a past
2. They will have a future
3. The feelings were unrequited/one-sided at one point in the relationship OR still is.
(Yes even those extremely minute and easily suppress-able feelings count. Any sort of attraction counts.)

It might take time for any form of affection beyond just "friendship" to form but it will happen, given that your friendship is stable and long-term (obviously if it's a short-term friendship there wasn't enough time to cultivate the ~more than friends~ feeling to even begin with).

PS I guess the only exception would be for gays and lesbians. So, for gays it would be boy +boy and for lesbians, girl + girl.
